Reporting and Transparency:
Transparency and robust reporting are essential pillars for HEED India Trust to build and maintain credibility with its diverse stakeholders. The reporting framework is tailored to meet the specific legal, financial, and impact requirements of CSR donors, Government agencies, and foreign funding agencies.
To ensure high levels of trust, transparency, and accountability across all partnerships, HEED India Trust will implement:
- Dedicated Personnel: Appointing a specialized Compliance and Reporting Officer to manage the different requirements for CSR, Government, and Foreign funding.
- Reports: Preparation and providing Monthly, quarterly, Half yearly report to Trust Board, Donors and other stakeholders.
- Annual Public Disclosure: Publishing an Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements on the HEED India Trust website, detailing all funding sources and major project expenses.
- Internal Audits: Conducting regular internal audits and financial reviews to identify and rectify any compliance issues before external audits.
- Third-Party Monitoring and Evaluation: For large or long-term projects (especially those over a certain threshold for CSR), engaging independent third-party agencies to conduct mid-term and final impact evaluations, ensuring objective assessment of outcomes.
